In Europe we have been strongly involved in EU accession programmes in relation to Regional, Rural and Private Sector Development and Public Administration Reform. We have also been active across the Balkans, the Mediterranean Basin and countries of the Former Soviet Union and have worked closely with the European Agency for Reconstruction, MEDA and the EU Tacis programme.

Internationally we have worked closely with the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation, the United Nations Development Programme and the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, amongst others, and across Africa, Central Asia and South America.

We adopt a client focused consultancy approach that is based on quality support, participation and innovation and through concept development to project implementation. We maintain a full time consultancy team and a comprehensive list of specialist consultants as well as an experienced administration support team that provide back up services to clients and to projects.
