The overall objective of this project was to identify the current demand tendencies, in Morocco and at the international level, in the different plastic sector branches.
Main areas of activity were to:
- Analyse the current company strategies in the EU and in Morocco as well as competing countries such as Turkey, Tunisia Egypt and also some Middle East and Asian countries
- Identify new niche sources of income for the Morocco industrial sector, taking into consideration the current state of competitiveness of Moroccan companies.
- Provide the companies with a database, gathering information such as markets organisation, technology, current legislation etc., for their strategic positioning
- Develop new products or techniques, as well as new outlets to promote exports
Set up the conditions under which different sub-sectors of the plastics industry can achieve greater participation in the markets of the European Union
